If you can't make it in, my online courses and talks bring the same no-nonsense folk magic straight to your kitchen table. Beginners are welcome, sceptics are tolerated, and nobody's expected to own a cloak.

We'll sit down and talk properly about your health, your habits and any medication you're already taking, so that whatever I suggest is safe and suits you. Herbal medicine works best alongside your GP, not instead of them, and I'll always be straight with you about what herbs can and can't do.

Some moments deserve more than a signature on a form. I write and lead ceremonies rooted in old folk tradition: handfastings for couples tying the knot, namings to welcome new little ones or to honour adults stepping into a name they've chosen for themselves, and celebrations for the milestones that matter, whatever shape those take for you. Every ceremony is built from scratch around your story, your beliefs and your people, so it feels like yours and nobody else's. Expect something heartfelt and meaningful, with a bit of laughter thrown in, because the best rites always have both.
